StevenBe ships most orders within 1-5 days. Processing times take 24 to 48 hours, if you need something next day CALL the shop and see if it's possible to get it prior to ordering.
90% (yes, we count it!) of our orders ship within 3 days or less. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will let you know and give you options.
If we have most of your order but are missing something—we may ship what we have—and backorder and ship the rest when it arrives. Let us know in the comments if you prefer that we wait until we have the complete order before shipping. If something is going to be delayed more than a week or so, we will let you know usually within 24-48 hours! If you have a question, or think your order should have shipped and you haven't received a shipping notification please do email, chat, or give us a ring. We'll follow up and make sure your order is being handled correctly! If we do backorder, we will let you know, and we pay for the shipping on the remainder.
Getting free shipping? Please keep in mind that free shipping means WE GET TO PICK THE SHIPPING METHOD. It is not always the fastest, but that's why it's free. If you have a deadline, don't choose FREE SHIPPING!

Feel free to request an update on your order by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add any info that will help us locate your order quickly, such as number, name or order date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned to StevenBe for store credit within 90 days of the order date. Just bring the merchandise in-store and your packing slip or receipt to any store sales associate. StevenBe cannot accept returns of wound skeins of yarn or items with damaged packaging. If you are unable to come into the store, please email email@example.com or call us at 612.259.7525 to set up a return.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling your registration, we can give a full refund to your method of payment up to 7 days prior to the event or class. Between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the event or class, we will issue store credit for the amount paid. Any cancellation after 24 hours prior and your payment is forfeit (some exceptions due to extenuating circumstances may be made; contact the store if you feel you have those circumstances). If we have to cancel an event or class due to lack of registrants, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment.
