Here are some quick answers to questions you may have about your order:


What do the following terms mean:

PREORDER Product is on its way and not currently in the shop.  This should not defer you from ordering as we partner with you to get you exactly what you want.

DYED TO ORDER We will have this dyed specifically for you!

BUNDLE The yarns have been curated specifically for a project.  We will tell you how to get the pattern, price does not reflect the cost of the pattern as you will be purchasing that separately.

KIT The yarns have been curated specifically for a project and the pattern is included in the price.


Where is my pattern?

If your order indicates that the pattern comes from Ravelry, it will be ordered within 3 days of purchase from Ravelry. If you provided us with a Ravelry name we will place the pattern directly into your library. If you did not provide us with your Ravelry name, an email will be sent to the email you used to place your order directly from Ravelry and not from StevenBe.  Frequently these emails will land in your spam/junk folder.  Please keep a watchful eye out for them and contact info@stevenbe.com with your order number if you have not received your pattern in 3 days from placing your order.

Digital patterns will come with our thank you note.  If a pattern should have come with that and has not, please contact info@stevenbe.com.  

Some PREORDER kits will have their pattern sent with the yarns.  If we did not ask for your Ravelry name or did not email you a digital copy, you should expect the pattern to come with the yarn.  Contact info@stevenbe.com if you received your yarn but you have not received a pattern.


I need more information about receiving my products

Physical Pick Up - This should be used whenever you order a pattern unless you want a physical copy sent to you.  

You will receive a notification from no-reply@stevenbe.com when your order is ready to be picked up.  Please refer to store hours.
 
If you continue to receive notification after you have picked up your product, please contact info@stevenbe.com with your order number and we will get that glitch handled.

 
Shipped Product

Please look for an email from tracking@shipstation.com for a tracking number.  This is automatically generated when product has been shipped.  We suggest you place close attention to transit.
 

What if I don’t love what I ordered?

Eligible items may be returned to StevenBe for store credit within 90 days of the purchase date. StevenBe cannot accept returns of wound skeins of yarn, items with damaged or missing packaging, Christa products, Value Vault products, preorders, dyed to order and/or anything purchased on sale or with a discount.
